My experience with New Wave Energy can be summed up in one word: Communication. The representative who I originally signed up with was the same person I spoke to when I had a question after the first month, and she also check in with me when rates were getting lower so I can renew my contract with ease. I appreciate being able to work with someone who knows the specifics of my account, rather than an automated voice.
