My experience with New Wave Energy can be summed up in one word: Communication. The representative who I originally signed up with was the same person I spoke to when I had a question after the first month, and she also check in with me when rates were getting lower so I can renew my contract with ease. I appreciate being able to work with someone who knows the specifics of my account, rather than an automated voice. It truly feels like I’m being taken care of, and don’t have to constantly worry about my utility bills every month. Thank you New Wave!
